01 Eligibility and Registration

To open and use a kab111 account, you must meet the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. kab111 is strictly an adult platform and will not knowingly allow minors to register or play.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual for personal entertainment purposes, not on behalf of a company or third party.
• You must provide accurate, truthful information when registering. This includes your real name, date of birth, contact number and payment details.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended kab111 account.
• You confirm that you are using your own funds to deposit and play, and that these funds are not connected to any illegal activity.

kab111 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. This may include a copy of your CNIC, proof of address or payment method verification. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended until documents are provided.

Providing false information during registration is a serious violation of these terms. kab111 may close such accounts immediately and withhold any balance pending investigation into the circumstances of the account opening.

02 Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on kab111. Having multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using another person's identity, is a violation of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Do not share your login details with anyone. kab111 will not be responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared or failed to protect your login credentials.

If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, contact kab111 support immediately. You should also change your password as soon as possible from your account settings.

kab111 accounts are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred, sold or assigned to another individual. Playing on behalf of someone else or allowing another person to operate your account is prohibited.

03 Deposits and Withdrawals

kab111 accepts deposits in PKR via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant bank transfers, standard bank transfers, debit cards and supported mobile wallets. Deposits are generally credited to your account within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.

You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may be returned. This is to protect account holders and ensure all transactions are properly verified.

Withdrawals at kab111 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever the payment method supports it. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the kab111 payments team. Processing times vary depending on the payment method and verification status of the account.
• kab111 may request additional verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or where the account profile has recently changed.
• Accounts with outstanding bonus wagering requirements may have withdrawal restrictions applied until those requirements are completed.
• kab111 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

kab111 does not accept deposits made in any currency other than PKR and does not perform currency conversion as part of deposit or withdrawal transactions.

04 Bonuses and Promotions

kab111 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing account holders from time to time. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated at the time the offer is made.

Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise. A wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling a specified multiple of the bonus amount before the bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiple will be stated in the individual bonus terms.

• Bonus funds are separate from real money funds in your account. Real money is used first in most cases unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses can only be claimed once per eligible offer per account, per household and per device. kab111 may decline bonus requests where it reasonably believes the same individual is claiming the same offer multiple times.
• Some games may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. For example, live casino games or specific slots may contribute at a lower rate than standard slots. The contribution rates for each active bonus will be stated in the bonus terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus funds not wagered within the stated validity window will be removed from your account automatically.
• kab111 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses that have already been credited to your account and are being actively wagered.

05 Betting and Gaming Rules

kab111 offers sports betting including cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, football and esports, as well as casino games including live casino tables, online slots and RNG table games. By placing a bet or starting a game, you agree to the specific rules applicable to that product.

For sports betting, the following general rules apply:

• All bets are placed at your own risk. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless the event has not yet started and an early cash-out option is available in your account.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply per market and are displayed at the time of placing the bet.
• kab111 reserves the right to void bets where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where match-fixing or manipulation of an event is suspected, or where a technical error affected the odds displayed.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension or removal at any time during a match. Any bets placed before a market suspension will stand unless the specific event is voided.
• For cricket matches, including PSL fixtures and T20 internationals, if a match is abandoned or reduced in overs, settled bets will follow standard Duckworth-Lewis or official tournament rules as applicable.

For casino games, all outcomes on kab111 slots and RNG table games are determined by certified random number generation. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is displayed within the game information panel. Live casino outcomes are determined by physical game play under the supervision of the live dealer studio provider.

kab111 reserves the right to declare bets void and return stakes where a technical fault has caused a game to malfunction or produce an incorrect result. This decision is final and will be applied consistently across all affected accounts.

06 Responsible Gaming

The following actions are strictly prohibited on kab111 and will result in account suspension, permanent closure and potential forfeiture of account balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other automated means to interact with the platform, place bets or claim bonuses.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, miscalculated odds, game malfunctions or any other platform vulnerability for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using the platform in connection with any money laundering activity or using funds derived from illegal sources.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotional offer more than once.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt or interfere with the platform's systems, servers or data.
• Allowing a minor under the age of 18 to use your account.

kab111 takes all of the above seriously. Where prohibited conduct is identified, the matter will be investigated thoroughly before a final decision is made on the account. Players who believe an error has been made may contact support to raise a dispute.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

kab111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where there is reasonable grounds to believe these terms have been violated, where verification documents have not been provided when requested, or where the account activity presents an unusual risk profile.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the balance in the account will be held and not accessible during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes that no violation occurred, the account will be reinstated and the balance made available for withdrawal.

You may close your kab111 account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any remaining real money balance that has met applicable wagering requirements will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not completed wagering requirements will be removed at the time of closure.

09 Limitation of Liability

kab111 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While every effort is made to ensure the platform is available, stable and accurate, kab111 does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors at all times.

kab111 will not be liable for:

• Losses resulting from temporary platform downtime, technical faults or connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Losses resulting from the player's failure to comply with these terms.
• Losses resulting from a player sharing their account credentials with another person.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing that are caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or banks.
• Any indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform.

kab111's total liability to any account holder in connection with the platform shall not exceed the account balance held at the time the matter arose. This limitation applies to all claims regardless of their legal basis.

10 Changes to These Terms

kab111 may update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date shown at the top of the document.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for any updates. If you continue to use the kab111 platform after a revised version of these terms has been posted, you are deemed to have accepted the updated terms.

Where a change significantly affects your rights as a player, kab111 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered account holders via the contact details held on the account.
